Welcome to VIASERV! I'm Mohammad Jawad (MJ), your go-to guy here. I graduated with a mechanical engineering degree in 2021 and have since worked mainly as a project manager and engineer, gaining extensive experience in administrative, analytical, and technical areas.

I love helping others and making their lives easier. While working with small businesses, I noticed the constant struggle to hire and retain admin and customer service staff, which was costly and led to high turnover. To address this, I proposed handling admin work at an hourly rate alongside my full-time role, saving my employer on hiring costs and reducing turnover.

This successful approach sparked the idea of VIASERV, which offers flexible, cost-effective solutions to save you the high costs of in-house staff while helping you make smart data-driven decisions.

    We offer virtual assistance services across 4 main streams: Administration Assistance, Customer Service, Research Assistance and Data Management & BI. At VIASERV, we operate with a concentrated expertise, meticulously curating our offerings to guarantee exceptional proficiency. We prioritise precision over a 'jack of all trades' approach, delivering finely-tuned solutions rooted in our field of expertise, fostering trust and professionalism in every facet of our service.
  • Can I communicate with the VA over WhatsApp?
    Yes, regardless of the plan you opt for, WhatsApp support is available, and your VA will aim to respond within 1 business working day (including weekends which is exclusive for silver and gold subscriptions only).
  • How can I track the hours dedicated to me?
    Tracking the hours devoted to your tasks is crucial for VIASERV. We value flexibility and trust in our approach. Normally, we provide a timesheet along with your invoice, detailing the hours worked at the end of each month. Please be aware that these hours aren't fixed to a particular time of day; they can vary according to your VA's schedule for the week, spanning mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasionally, nights.
  • How does VIASERV ensure data security and confidentiality?
    At VIASERV, we prioritise the utmost security and confidentiality of our clients' data. We implement robust measures, including secure data transmission protocols, encrypted communication channels, and restricted access to sensitive information. Our virtual assistants undergo rigorous training on data handling procedures, and all devices used to process your data are secured and protected against malware and viruses. Additionally, we regularly update our security protocols to align with industry standards, ensuring your data remains safeguarded at all times during our collaboration.
  • I cannot decide on a pricing strategy, what should I do?
    We offer a free consultation call to help you choose the best pricing plan for you, or even customise one just for you. One advantage of hiring a virtual assistance is saving you costs, and that's our focus. We won't recommend a more expensive plan if you are not going to benefit from the features that come with it. Our goal is to help you save while fully benefiting from our services. However, if your needs fall outside of our remit, we will aim to refer you to the most appropriate people, who may be able to help.
  • What if I decide to cancel my plan?
    We're truly sorry to see you go. Should you decide to cancel your plan, rest assured, there's no cancellation fee and payments shall be prorated solely based on the services rendered up to the termination date. For instance, if you're on the Silver membership and decide to cancel on the 7th of January, your invoice will be prorated for the 7 days worked in January.
